During my master’s studies in Sweden, I met three senior colleagues at Jönköping University with whom I embarked on a joint research project after graduation, which has now reached the end of its first phase after nearly two years. In this research, we are examining how the communication of ecological sustainability, planetary health, and earth sciences manifests in leadership education at universities – are we discussing it enough and effectively? Are we catalyzing the change needed for proper societal shifts? Are we doing enough for a livable planet?
